Access to all College courses and programs is open to all and apart from the course prerequisites and payment the only requirement is the ability of the student to be able to complete the course. Enrolments are made on a first come first served basis determined by the payment of the appropriate advertised fee.

City East Community College reserves the right to alter any of the published arrangements, either before or during a course, or to terminate a course. The College reserves the right to cancel a course or vary the time of the course if there are insufficient numbers enrolled.

ENROLLING IN A COURSE

Students are able to enrol for any of our wide range of courses via our website, by post, over the phone or in person.

When you sign your enrolment form and pay your fees, including enrolment/re enrolment online, you make an agreement with City East CC that you will follow College procedures, including the Code of Conduct.

WEBSITE ENROLMENTS

Simply find the course that you wish to undertake and click on the ‘enrol’ button. This will direct you to a page where you will fill out your details and select your payment information.

Our checkout system is secured using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption. SSL is the most advanced security technology available and ensures that your credit card number and personal information are never sent over the Internet unencrypted.

TELEPHONE ENROLMENTS

You may enrol via the telephone by calling (02) 9387 7400. Please have your credit card details available as we will process payment online.

POSTAL ENROLMENTS

Send your enrolment form with a cheque, money order or valid Visa or Mastercard authorisation to PO Box 12, Bondi 2026.

IN PERSON

Payment in person may be made at 98 Bondi Road, Bondi Junction, between the hours of 9.30am – 4.30pm Monday – Friday.

DISABILITY

For wheelchair access please contact the College prior to the start of term so that suitable arrangements can be made. If you have any other special needs please call the College on (02) 9387 7400.

ADDITIONAL COSTS

For some courses; particularly Arts and Crafts, Food and Wine, Massage and Furniture Restoration; materials, tools or food will need to be purchased. It is advisable in some courses to purchase a text book for reference, eg. Languages. Any costs will be outlined in the introductory session at the beginning of term.

CONFIRMATION OF ENROLMENT

Confirmation of enrolment and a tax invoice will be issued via email to confirm a booking. If no email address is provided at the time of enrolment, this will be sent by post. It is your responsibility to note the date, time and venue of your course. If a confirmation is not received within 4 working days contact the College office, on 9387 7400.

City East Community College takes the privacy of your personal information very seriously. We do not for any reason sell, rent, or otherwise disclose your personal information to any third parties, except to process your order and when required by law.
We collect and store information that you enter into our website. So, when you enrol with us, we collect and store the following information: name, street address, e-mail address, and telephone number. This information is used for course enrolment purposes.
If you request to join our mailing list, we collect your information in our database so that we may keep you informed of the latest news, special offers and any upcoming courses we think you may be interested in. If for any reason, you would like to be taken off our mailing list, you can opt out anytime using the link provided in the emails.
