Aqua Fit

Aqua Fit is the new fun way to get fit in the water. Traditional to innovative aqua based exercises using water for resistance, increasing strength and general fitness. Aqua Fins is a great non-weight bearing, strength building class. It is structured to target the large muscle groups of the legs and abdomen. The combination of aqua aerobics with fins guarantees a workout to strong enough to satisfy those who consider themselves fit as well as those who want to condition these areas without bearing weight. Swimming: Learn to Swim Intermediate

Swimming: Squad Training

Improve your swimming technique and motivation in a non-competitive atmosphere as you swim to get fit. Each session, your coach will take you through a set program and provide advice on stroke correction if necessary. Participants need to be able to swim 100m in 2 minutes 30 secs.
