Whether you want to improve your fitness, pursue a passion or just simply have a day on the water there is a course for you. We have courses from sailing for a day on the water to internationally recognised yachting qualifications. If you are looking for fitness our Rowing and Dragon Boating classes will give you a workout while enjoying a social environment.

Rowing

Enjoy the magic moments of early mornings on the water as you learn the fundamentals skills of rowing in a team. Complete novices as well as those with some previous experience are welcome to join this ultimate team activity. Participants must be able to swim 50 metres and tread water as a safety requirement. Introduction to Yachting

Take to the waters of beautiful Sydney Harbour and learn all the fundamental principles of sailing. Learn how to prepare a yacht for sailing, understanding the wind & weather, manoeuvring, rules of the road, knots and basic navigation. International Yacht Traning (IYT)* logbooks are included in the course fee and your 12 hours on the water are recorded. Dragon Boating

Dragon boating is an energetic water sport, and a great way to work out and get fit while having fun and meeting new people on the waters of beautiful Sydney Harbour. If you want to get on the water, be part of a social group and work on your fitness levels then come and give dragon boating a go.
