Yin Yoga

Yin class consists of a series of long held passive floor poses that work on the connective tissues. It calms the mind, increases circulation and improves flexibility.
Connective tissue responds to slow, steady load, which is why we hold the poses longer.

This course is suitable for beginners as well as those who have previous yoga experience.

Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat.
