Vietnamese Cookery


Take a culinary journey to Vietnam and use fresh ingredients to create authentic meals. From fresh rice paper rolls and salads to rich soups and banquet fare, create recipes that have been passed through the generations from Co, an accomplished home cook.

Course fee includes all ingredients.

Sharp knife
Tea towel and apron
Takeaway containers for any leftover food
