Thai Cookery

Over the course of the program you will gain an appreciation of the unique flavours of Thai cuisine and the herbs, spices and other ingredients used to achieve these flavours. Students will learn how to prepare starters, curries, stir fries, soups, rice, noodle dishes and desserts. Course fee does include ingredients. PLEASE NOTE: this course is not suitable for vegetarians.

  • learned about preparation and cooking methods used in Thai cuisine
  • prepared, presented and tasted starter, rice, salad, meat, vegetable, fish and desert components of a Thai meal.
