Thai Street Food

Take a culinary trip through the streets of Bangkok as you create a feast of best loved dishes. Thai street food is often eaten on its own or with sticky rice

In this hands on courses you will make and eat:

Moo ping (BBQ pork in bamboo stick).
Som tum (papaya salad).
Thai tom yum fishball (both dry dish eaten and soup).
Deep fried banana batter in coconut and sesame seed.
Deep fried marinated Thai style chicken wing.
Sticky rice.

Please bring the following to your course:
2 tea towels
Apron
Dishcloth
Sharp knife
Takeaway containers for any leftover food

All courses need a minimum number of students to run. If your course does not have enough students it will be cancelled prior to the commencement and you will be informed.
