Tai Chi: Intermediate

Refine your techniques and gain a better understanding of the traditional Chen style Tai Chi form and its fundamental principles. Polishing and tweaking of the postures and movements will improve and increase the subtle flow of vital energy (chi), strengthening the body and calming the mind.

Sifu Damir Tenodi is a teacher of therapeutic and martial art and author of several books. He teaches traditional Chen style Tai Chi, as studied with the “Keeper of the Chen style” Grandmaster Chen Xiaowang.
