Swimming: Squad Training

Improve your swimming technique and motivation in a non-competitive atmosphere as you swim to get fit. Each session, your coach will take you through a set program and provide advice on stroke correction if necessary. Participants need to be able to swim 100m in 2 minutes 30 secs.

This course takes place two evening per week

Materials
Please bring your swimming costume, goggles and a towel.
Shower and change room facilities are available.

A great course run by an experienced and welcoming coach held in a well maintained 50 metre pool. The squad members keep returning every season which says something about the coach and they are all fun and supportive people. I would recommend this course to anyone at any level who wants to improve their swimming or just loves swimming for exercise.
