Silver Jewellery: Wax Carving and Casting

Learn fundamental jewellery skills such as wax carving, casting clean-up and final polishing, as you design and make your own silver jewellery. Projects will include a ring band and pendant or brooch. Create a wax model of your own design that will be sent to a commercial caster to be reproduced in sterling silver. Participants will be encouraged to undertake further projects if time permits.

For an additional charge, a mould can be created for each piece allowing you to recreate your original designs multiple times whenever you desire.
