Pies and Tarts

This is a wonderful time to try new pie and tart recipes because there are so many seasonal fruits and vegetables available. Discover how to prepare delicious baked dinners in this hands-on/demonstration class. Learn about a variety of pastries, like rough puff pastry, quick flaky pastry and classic short crust pastry and the various techniques and skills required to master them.

The menu includes: Chicken Pie, Quiche Lorraine and a Roast Vegetable Tart and an Apple Filo Pie.

Course fee includes all ingredients.
