Pho Workshop

Pho (pronounced ‘fahr’) is Vietnam’s most beloved dish, a rich, aromatic soup with rice noodles. In this hands on class you will learn the secrets to make a traditional Pho as well as variations. Essential to the perfect Pho is a rich stock that is simmered for hours.

You will make a traditional beef Pho, a chick stock Pho and a stock suitable for vegans. In addition to your Pho feast you will get to make beatle leaves rolled with lemongrass pork (tofu for vegetarians) and dessert of banana spring rolls.

Course fee includes all ingredients.
