Pasta Making for Beginners

Sometimes the simplest things are the best. Once you learn how to make silky smooth pasta from scratch you will always have the skills to make a beautiful meal guarenteed to impress.
In this hands on course you will cut through the often confusing instructions that can be found on the subject to make perfect homemade pasta. If you have flour and eggs in your kitchen, you can make pasta. If you have a bit of oil, cheese or leftovers you could be sitting down to fresh fettuccini or ravioli in under two hours. You may already have a pasta machine, if so brush off the dust and bring it along. If not, don’t worry.

One the first night you will perfect a basic pasta recipe, learning how to recognise the touch and feel of handmade pasta. You will also make a variety of shapes and a delicious sauce to accompany.

At the second lesson you will really get your hands dirty as you make ricotta gnocci – little clouds of deliciousness. Learn the secrets to ensure your gnocci is light as air and melt in your mouth.

At the end of each night come together with your classmates to share an incredible meal.
