Take a culinary journey around the Mediterranean while learning how to cook delicious and healthy meals. Create authentic entrees, mains and desserts from France, Spain, Italy, Greece, Egypt, Turkey and Morocco.

Gained an understanding of the differences between the cuisines of countries situated along the Mediterranean sea
Gained an appreciation of the importance of food in Mediterranean cultures
Gained an appreciation of the health benefits of a Mediterranean diet
Learned about preparation and cooking methods used in countries including France, Spain, Italy, Greece, Egypt, Turkey and Morocco
Prepar, present and taste starter, main and desert components of a Mediterranean meal.
