Italian Banquet

To truly experience Italian cuisine you need to be in the kitchen and patient. In this hands on course you will make traditional, slow cooked, family recipes including making pasta by hand. Learn about where each dish comes from as Cristina shares her personal story of being a child of Italian immigrants married to an Italian, told all through food of course.

Relax and enjoy as you create and then sit down to eat and discuss your well-earned meal.

The menu includes:
Fagioli alla Fiorentina,
Lasagne, using a slow cooked Bolognaise sauce and handmade pasta,
Stracotto al Vino Rosso (Beef Braised in Red Wine),
Ansalata Verde (Green Salad),
Patate Arosto (Roast Potatoes),
Tiramisu.
