Italian Winter Banquet

Experience traditional Italian cuisine as you prepare and consume a seasonal course banquet featuring, Ribollita (a hearty Tuscan vegetable soup), Stracotto di Manzo al vino rosso (Beef cooked in red wine with rosemary/garlic roast potatoes) and Torta Della Nonna (a Tuscan custard tart with pine nuts).

Course fee includes all ingredients.

Please bring the following to your course:

*2 tea towels
*apron
*dishcloth
*Sharp knife
*takeaway containers for any leftover food
