In this course, we will look at how you can use appraisals to enhance the way your organisation works and how they can encourage your staff to continually develop. The course will provide you with guidance on what is important about appraisals and how they fit into the bigger picture of continuous improvement of performance.

Learn how to formulate a meaningful and relevant appraisal
Explore how to set up the appraisal process
Look at your approach to elicit the most useful outcomes
Learn how to conduct the future development part of the appraisal interview
Explore the importance of follow through after the appraisal interview to transform into continuous improvement
