Baking with Chocolate

A hands on workshop where students will learn how to make chocolate short crust pastry, individual chocolate ganache tarts, a chocolate heart cake as well as chocolate madeleines.

Materials

  • 2 tea towels
  • apron
  • dishcloth
  • sharp knife
  • takeaway containers for any leftover food
