Sign Language 2 (Auslan)

Sign Language 2 continues the unique and fun experience of communicating visually using Auslan, the native language used by the Australian Deaf Community, and we take you further down the road on your journey to learn the language!

Prerequisite: Sign Language 1

Students will:
Develop their Auslan skills
Further develop their visual-gestural communication abilities
Expand their Auslan vocabulary in a wider range of contexts such as for use in the home, at work, or for leisure and sport

Be introduced to additional topics such as occupations, suburbs, directions, families, time, appointments and countries
This course is taught by deaf teachers. At the end you will receive a Statement of Attendance if you attend to more than 80% of the course.
