Alexander Technique

Using the Alexander Technique, Lynne will help you to re-educate yourself in the way you use your body in daily life. Initially you learn to become aware of your movements and habitual patterns. The Alexander Technique can help you learn to move in ways our bodies were designed to: with a lightness and alignment of your head, neck and back. Improve your balance, co-ordination and posture.

Materials
Please wear loose comfortable clothes.
A pile of paperback books with A total height of 10 cm.
