Can’t resist the smell of freshly baked bread? Then try making your own – it’s rewarding, economical and tastes great too. Sourdough bread has a lovely chewy crust and moist wholesome centre; it is more flavoursome than conventional bread and keeps exceptionally well.

As you make your artisan and sourdough loaves learn about the importance of choosing the right ingredients, how to adjust recipes to allow for experimentation, tried and tested production techniques and baking requirements to produce a beautiful crusty loaf.
