Aqua Fit

Aqua Fit is the new fun way to get fit in the water. Traditional to innovative aqua based exercises using water for resistance, increasing strength and general fitness. Aqua Fit is a low impact, high intensity exercise which is great for joint strength and can assist weight loss.

Materials
Please bring your swimming costume and towel.
There are showers, changerooms and lockers at the National Centre for Indigenous Excellence.

Nice people, great tutors, fun, and the feeling having done something good and useful. I really enjoyed the course.

Aqua aerobics is a fun class which is really enjoyable. The teacher always has good music and varies the class routine every week.
