Aqua Fins

Aqua Fins is a great non-weight bearing, strength building class. It is structured to target the large muscle groups of the legs and abdomen. The combination of aqua aerobics with fins guarantees a workout to strong enough to satisfy those who consider themselves fit as well as those who want to condition these areas without bearing weight.

The class may be suitable for those who have conditions with knee, hips or back, please check with your medical practitioner first.

Participants need to bring their own set of fins to each class.
