Designed to help you understand the principles of good customer practice and improve your approach to deliveringa quality service. Gain the skills and knowledge required to identify customer needs, deliver and monitor customer service and identify improvements in the provision of customer service.

In the course of this workshop you will:
Develop interpersonal skills to accurately identify and clarify customer needs and expectations. Assess customer needs for urgency to determine priorities for service delivery according to organisational and legislative requirements. Use effective communication to inform customers about available choices for meeting their needs and assist in the selection of preferred options. Identify limitations in addressing customer needs and seek appropriate assistance from designated individuals. Learn how to sensitively and courteously handle customer complaints in accordance with organisational and legislative requirements. Identify and use available opportunities to promote and enhance services and products to customers

This is a NSW Governemnt subsidised Tech Savvy for Small Business Course. To be eligible for a subsidised price, you must be an Australian Citizen, permanent resident or humanitarian visa holder, or a New Zealand citizen, aged 15 years or older, Live or work in NSW, No longer be at school or equivalent and be an owner of a small business, OR an employee of a small business. A Small Business is defined as a business with: 20 employees or less, OR an annual turnover of less than $2,000,000.
