Irene is a Physiotherapist and Pilates instructor qualified with a certificate in Level 1 Clinincal Pilates as well as a Bachelor of Applied Science (Physiotherapy). Please note that while Irene is more than qualified to accommodate people with injuries, back and neck pain and pre and post natal in her private practice, the size and structure of this class is not suitable for people with these or any other conditions that would require close individual attention.
