Staying Strong: Over 50s

Stay strong and healthy with this free-form low-impact and non-impact aerobic exercise class specifically for people over 50. The focus of this course is stretch, strength and balance work to improve body awareness, posture, strength, flexibility and balance. Suitable for those with good general health and physical capacity.

Materials

  • Students should wear sandshoes and bring a bottle of water.
  • Pilates/composite rubber mat.
